Returns policy

You are welcome to return or exchange items within 14 days of sale/dispatch.
We recommend you email us at hello@biglittleones.com.au to arrange a return or exchange.

Returns and exchanges will be processed within seven (7) days of receiving the items.

Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email.

Your purchased product must return to us in its original condition - unwashed/unused, with tags on and in its original packaging.

Sorry - we are unable to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed or removed from their original packaging.
We do not offer refunds/exchanges on sale items (unless faulty or incorrect).
For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange/refund swimwear, tights, pierced earrings, nappy covers, sunglasses, face masks, water bottles, dummies or cups.

You must include a copy of your invoice with the return.

We do not cover postage costs for returns.

Need to exchange an item for another size?

That's okay - email us at hello@biglittleones.com.au with your request to exchange for a different size. We will reply to your email ASAP with available stock.
Providing the size you want is in stock, we'll ask you to return the original item & we'll then send out the new size. You will have to cover the shipping costs of the exchange.
